General rule: no cash option for single winners
Unlike certain US lotteries offering a discounted cash option, a single tier-1 EuroDreams winner cannot elect to receive the prize in one lump sum. The €20,000 monthly annuity over 30 years is standard.
The exception: four or more tier-1 winners
The only scenario resulting in a capital payout is when more than three winning lines share the tier-1 prize pool capped at €21.6m.
